Confused
I met a guy online 20 years ago, we lost contact then 2 years ago we found each other online again. He seemed so happy to have me back in his life, telling me he had looked and looked for me. There are some strange things going on. We are both in our 60’s, he has had different women in his life, where I have only had one, my husband and he passed away. I am not very experienced in sex or dating so I have fell deeply inlove with this guy. We have only gone out on a real day one time in 2 years, he still lives with his female roomate, but he would come visit me which ended up with all night sex.
He is always telling me about his plans to marry me and the how our life will be then. But lately he doesnt even see me for sex. He texts me and tells me all these plans .. but nothing ever happens.
should I stop seeing him and receiving texts from him? What do you think is going on?

What is going on is that he is likely in a relationship with the roommate and sneaks to use you for sex when he can,keeping you on the hook with his texts and promises. Even if she or someone else is not his GF and he is single,he has very low interest and this will never amount to anything.
I am sorry and you will hurt ( though you hurt now),so I would break it off and go no contact. Just totally drop him and block him if you need to stop being tempted. I am in my 60s and dating again is not easy,but there are good guys out there. I met one and he was clear from the start that he wanted a serious relationship and that he wanted one with me-we live togrther and have been together 3 years now. Stop wasting your time and energy time and energy on this loser! You deserve and can find better. Learn to be okay alone too,and enjoy outings with friends etc, so you won’t be desperately lonely and attract “bad guys” again. Good luck.
