My husband has been obsessed with the website called the chive. He assures me that he looks at everything and not just the girls which I believe however he only looks at it when he knows I won’t walk by or in any way be able to see what he is looking at. I know this because he won’t look at his phone until I sit down, knowing I won’t walk behind him. I find this weird and really annoying because it’s like he hiding it from me (and doing a horrible job). From a guys perspective, am I over thinking this? Should I just let it go?

I’d be much more concerned that your guy probably feels he needs to hide anything with a pretty girl on it because he feels you’d get upset… and he doesn’t want to deal with that.
I don’t know the situation, so of course there’s the possibility I’m wrong, but I would say it’s worth at least entertaining the idea that maybe he’s making an effort to hide things because he doesn’t want to deal with you getting insecure over something that isn’t anything to worry about in the first place. That’s the last thing a guy wants to deal with…
Now again, I don’t know the exact situation and there could be more to the story. Who knows, maybe he is shady, I have no idea… but I can tell you I’ve dated insecure women before and it was extremely exhausting to deal with all their emotional flare ups… I was constantly defending myself or explaining that there wasn’t a problem and the insecure woman wouldn’t buy it — because she felt upset, she felt that made her “right” and therefore I must be doing something wrong.
If any of that could be what’s playing out in your scenario, then I would look towards dissolving whatever insecurity might be causing it.
I don’t know… I guess I just can’t imagine a guy in this day and age looking at a PG-13 site like the chive to look at hot girls… when he could watch any porn or nudity he wanted for days on end…
