He’s seeing me, taking me out, texting (nothing sexual) but says we wont go on a date?? WTF?
What’s he doing with me then? I can see he is attracted to me.

Someone tells you explicitly he won’t take you on a date (assuming this wasnt sarcasm/banter) and you are still confused?
Have you never been attracted to a man, enjoyed talking to him, yet had zero intentions to take it further? What’s so hard to understand here?
It sounds like this guy enjoys the attention you give him. Some guys just love having their ego stroked. This guy can’t offer you much. Stop giving him the attention and find someone who can actually give you what you deserve.
