Hello:
Need some advice. After I dated a guy for 1 month, his ex came back and when he told me he is choosing her over me he wanted to be friends. He said he would like to be friends and I blew that probably. He hasn’t blocked me. He just ignores me. I completely went crazy with the texts on the day he told me.
I am 7 days in of radio silence.
after time has passed, what do you think I can say to get him back as a friend?

Sorry but you want a guy you only know for a month back as your friend knowing he went back to his ex? What would you like to talk about with him, how much he likes getting back with his ex? Move on, thats more rewarding for you

You’re still in a denial mode, you want him back, not his friendship. Don’t worry, once you move on you won’t care about being friends with him.
On a side note, he said let’s stay friends because:
a) let’s avoid drama now and ignore her later
or
b) let’s throw her a bone to keep her around if it doesn’t work out with the current piece of meat
Just follow the usual advice for moving on

This sounds familiar… were you the one overthinking him pulling away and he told you he wanted space and then said he was sorry but chose the other woman?
