Work crush

Sooo I work as a nurse at a hospital and I have a crush on my coworker. Unfortunately, we dont work together as much. A few months ago, I went bowling with him and my other coworkers. When we all left, he offered to drive me home because my home is on the way to an event he was going to with his friends after we went bowling. I always thought he was cute but i started to develop a crush on him after that.

A few months ago, i told him a patient called me “baby”. He asked me and was like “oh you like being called that?”. I told him “i do but def not by him” lol 😂

A few nights ago, we were charting next to each other at the nurses station. He was asking me questions about myself like what i like to do outside of work, which i thought indicated he was interested in me but i wasnt sure. What do i do? Any thoughts? What does this mean? Lol
