You are comfortable with these men, so it “feels right.” When a good, decent guy comes along it feels different and that seems wrong to you. To break this pattern you’re going to have to become more comfortable with being uncomfortable. I went through the same thing, and when a healthy relationship came my way it felt uncomfortable and my first instinct was to move along. My therapist helped to process my feelings through it and it turns out I’m now with an amazing man who treats me way better than I ever imagined.
