For the last few months, me and this guy, who I have “history” with started talking again. He’s always been someone who get my heart racing. He’s your tall dark handsome type of guy, one who knows it too! We’re both in long term relationships with kids.
It started out as general chit chat but quickly escalated into very flirty messages. We’d meet up randomly, nothing happened, but we would talk about loads of different stuff and I found myself falling for his mind as well as his looks.
Just recently he’s started to go a bit cold, and it’s left me questioning what we could have had. Was he leading me on just for some fun, because his relationship isn’t giving him what he needs? Does he like me the way I liked him? It’s left me so confused. Any advice would be appreciated x

I’m not clear what is confusing? You are both emotionally cheating on your partners. It sounds like he was enjoying the flirting etc but his interest is waning and perhaps he has realised that he doesn’t want things to go too far and to actually cheat on his partner.
What do you want out of this? Say he has feelings for you too, do you actually want to be unfaithful? Break up your relationships to be together? You are playing with fire and there is clearly something fulfilling in your own relationship that has led to having an inappropriate relationship with this man.
Forget about him – take him completely out of the equation. Are you happy with your relationship and do you want to remain in it or break up? Not break up so you can be with this other guy but break up and be single and look for a more fulfilling relationship where you don’t feel compelled to cheat?
