    What does this mean could this person have blocked me? Or didn’t pau their bill ?

    I’m mean I haven’t given this person a reason to do such thing.. but people have different feelings every day so who knows…

    Their phone is most likely cut off.
    If you’re blocked it rings a few times then goes to VM.

    Some people can block all incoming calls to help manage their bill or can block just a number. Hard to say.

    Call from another number and you’ll know for sure if you are blocked or not. But I checked on Google and Khadija is right, the phone is cut off, out of money.

    Did I get blocked? When I call the phone number states that the subscriber is not accepting incoming calls. When I call from other numbers it states that same thing. I called from work and the phone rang and then I got a busy signal . I then called his second number it rang several times and then it got quite no buys signal nothing but silence.

    I do not see any where my visiting grand-daughter’s phone that my cell phone number or my husband’s number are blocked. Out texts and calls are not going through but other local texts and calls r rcvd fine. She has also started getting messages about no SIM card installed. The call error number is HI10258. I need to resolve this by next Tuesday when she is showing at the fair.

    This is mostly a relationship forum. If you need help with your granddaughter’s phone then I suggest you take it to the store of her provider and have them look at it.

    When I call from my phone it says at the subscribers request. But when I call from other phones it rings 5 time then busy then dead. Have I been blocked or their phone is not in service?

    They didn’t pay the bill on time. Phone is shut off until they do. It will either say “at the subscriber’s request” or if it rings then goes to a fast busy signal. Means the same thing.
