Unable to read people

I have a bit of an issue where I don’t recognise a manipulative man, flirting from a man, or a man who is being a kind person who is just wanting to be a friend. I have not had a relationship for 4 years now and I am happy with y family, work, friends and study. I would like to start a relationship in a couple of years.
I am afraid I will not no how to pick up on creepy behaviour or if a man is a nice person, just being nice.
I have had 2 DV relationships but am afraid to get involved again.
