Hi all!
So I’ve been seeing this coworker at work and we initially had a really good time with each other – flirting, having lunch together and taking the bus home as well.
A few months later she stopped doing all this to me, she would go a opposite direction or try to ignore me but when she is around with other staff she would continue to flirt. We did have discussions that were very sensitive at times.
I then assumed to not take notice of this – heck I didn’t even know she was into me. I thought she was just being over friendly but I’m naive…
Anyways, she does ask why I didn’t have her number saved when she saw my WhatsApp and I added her and she sends all sorts of picture statuses – like clubbing and whatnot but she does not mention this to me.
I then resigned a couple of weeks ago as I couldn’t take on this extra stress whilst I am working on my school project – on the last day of work I brought in deserts for the staff but no one at work ever bothered to give me anything and they knew I put in the notice beforehand, my so-called coworker friend didn’t even attempt to say goodbye or contact me since.
My friends tell me that is real hard and it’s great that I’ve moved on from disrespectful people. I’m slowly transitioning to becoming my previous self again. I do occasionally see her post statuses about not trusting people and missing people but never had she directly messaged me. I thought my best action is to just ignore but that isn’t my usual self.
TLDR coworker crush starts ignoring and I quit my job – moving on slowly but confused still
Remove her from your social media & keep moving on…
As I suspected.
Thanks :)
