If the guy is living in or from the United States, it means you are beautiful. AAVE (African American Vernacular English) origination.
My guess here is that so many women use “face filters” on Instagram and Tik Tok that seeing an actual human face without filters “certifies” you actually look like what you’re posting.
Usually not the case, I will tell you.
