My boyfriend before a month ago was complaining about illness.. He told me he will make his examinations at 20th June and don’t worry about it don’t wait for me if I came late and I’ll make someone talk to you to make you calm down and tell you any updates .. And it was our last night we were talking until he just disappeared until this moment.. I know you’d say that he is sick.. He is at the hospital, etc.. But I seeing him online at WhatsApp sometimes but he doesn’t answer my messages.. I tried to call him and still doesn’t respond.. I’m so worry about him.. My friends telling me to move on he is ghosting you and whatever this crap but still.. I need this closure.. I don’t have any hint if i should move on or wait for him.. Please this my only one I can ever love.. Tell me please what should I do.. Wait for him or just move on.. And if I waited how long do I will wait? .. Thanks for listening.(there are many other details but i think those details I’ve just said are enough)…

Hi Maria, details are important. It helps us identify the issues to better give advice. So do tell us about them. Don’t worry about it being long. This forum is also a place to vent.

That said, I find the statement he made about getting someone to contact you is odd. It’s almost like he knew you weren’t going to hear from him again. When was the last time you spoke? A month ago or the 20th of June?

Unless he’s in a coma, ignoring your messages is a clear sign he has ghosted.

Do you live close? Are you able to pay him a visit? Do you have mutual friends you can talk to about him? What about the people he claimed he will have them update you?

Sorry I just noticed you said he is long distance.

Well that’s enough said. He has ghosted. When couples are long distance they rely mainly on communication to keep a relationship. If you don’t have that then he has ghosted.
