    Hi,
    Should I give it back? Or sell it?
    He was a real disgusting man to me, and I finally left him. He hasn’t reached out for his clothing, and so I’m getting rid of everything. Including furniture he left here. I was going to see the ring since he took money from me, figured that would make us even. Now, I’m not sure what to do.
    Help.

    In most states if the wedding didn’t happen then he still owns the ring. If it did/you were married then the ring is yours to do with whatever you please. I’d check my state’s laws before doing anything if I were you. Best of luck to you.
