What to say to my boyfriend

I need some advice. I might be overthinking this but I’ve been dating my boyfriend for 7 months and it’s going so well! I know this might be minor but it’s a worry of mine. This past year has been tough and I got covid and have been catching everything colds, flu, strep. I usually never get sick but this past year I have caught everything. I try not to tell my boyfriend because I don’t want him to worry or feel bad for me. And he always asks me to let him know if I do get sick.

I’m just worried that if I keep getting sick, he’s going to think I’m not healthy or doesn’t want to be with me because he’s concerned about my health. I am a generally healthy person and don’t eat a lot of sugar and eat healthy foods. Is this a legit concern? What should I tell him?
