Why would he suddenly block me?

I’ve been talking to this guy for a few months and everything as going well. We talked everyday and showed mutual interest, or so I thought. He texted me, was nothing bad with any inclination there was an issue and next thing I know I’m blocked on all social media. Nothing ever happened to cause that. I’m wondering if he was just looking for a hookup and started feeling it was getting too serious for him or something. But I’m very caught off guard as he was the one to pursue me and want to hangout. I’ve just never experienced this before so I’m trying to comprehend lol

It feels like this same question gets asked over and over again lately… is this the same person asking and changing their name?? Have you posted this before?

And the answer is the same: no one knows for sure and you shouldn’t care what someone you haven’t met yet does. Limit your contact with someone until you meet so you don’t get too attached or develop false expectations.

Several of our community members responded to you there, and you acknowledged their advice. If you’d like to continue that discussion, you’re welcome to continue in that thread.

Also please stick with a consistent pseudonym when posting in the future. Otherwise, people might think you’re a different person, and we certainly don’t want that kind of confusion!
