Is it just me who thinks this is weird??

OK so I have been talking to this guy for a while we met on a dating site we haven’t met in person yet now I dont want to lol. Anyway when we have been talking if iv said a place iv been to with my daughter or I post a pic of the nice scenery on Snapchat and tag the location of where it is (I like to do this) . I can guarantee you he will be there the next day!! 1st time he did it I said in general conversation that I may go to a certain park with my daughter and he sent me a video of him there with his mother!! And iv noticed he’s been doing it for a while so the other day I did it as a test to see if he would do it again and he did so I called him out on it he claims its because hes not from this country and hasnt been to these places before iv asked him to stop as its making me uncomfortable and said I’m happy to recommend places for him to go to. He seemed to think it was funny saying I didn’t stalk you today but when I said it was weird he goes to these places the day after iv been there he’s took the huff!! Am I right in thinking this is very weird behaviour?? I’m a bit scared now as he knows where I work!
