I love my boyfriend but I hate his job

me and my boyfriend have been dating for 2 years
we love each other a lot and have planned a future together
the only problem is that i hate his job
he works as a bartender, which is obviously correlated to night life, alcohols, and women
also working as a bartender in where i live doesn’t pay much, it’s considered a low-paying job here
i encouraged him to be an entrepreneur instead, selling things correlated to the bar life that he likes
since he quitted his job back last year, he didn’t take anymore full time bartender job because he knows i hate it
he started his business and when it’s just taking off and started to be better, he always says that he want to go back
since he had a bad history with the night life and women, i really can’t and i don’t want him to work night life again
what should i do?
other than his job, we are absolutely the perfect match and i love him a lot
