I don't know how he feels about me?

I have met this guy at online chatting starting from December 2019. At first I just ignore him because he take a few days to reply my text. So every time I just let him initiate first our conversation. After 3 months, he said to me that he wants serious relationship because he cannot forget about me. He is trying to convince me to believe and tell everything about his family, job, ex girlfriend and etc. He also said he doesn’t want to waste him time to find another girl and he knew I was the right one.

And that time I was thinking that he is actually getting serious to know me more. Day after day everything getting better and I starting to like him. He always texting me and calling me everyday. After two weeks, he didn’t reply and text me late. He was saying that sometimes he has some habit/feels to keep silent and doesn’t want talk much to anyone.

I was accept his reasons because I want to give him space. He come back again to me after a few hours/days/weeks. Sometimes I felt like he is losing interest to me or did he has another girlfriends.
