How to handle a hot fling

I met This guy 6 months ago on a trip. I was with my ex at the time but we had lots of chemistry. Nothing happened of course since i was in relationship. He actually visits my town every week (for work) but is only here 2-3 hours for one day if they even allow him. We became friends on social media and have kept in touch since. We have spoken plenty of times and our convos have been light and sweet, some hot and heavy, and he even wanted to meet a few weeks ago but cancelled since his plane was delayed. He wasn’t allowed to be off the 2-3 hours.

I Just seen him again (took same trip with his company) and he was there. We flirted heavily back n forth the entire time. He constantly would hold my hand and check on me. Plenty of hugs and kisses on hands and more. Very touchy feely. And would catch him staring at me. Even people were asking what was up with us. If we could we have have gone all the way but he would literally get fired. Anyways, I know This is not anything serious as in relationship wise, but we definitely have a thing for each other. He’s made it very clear with that. We made plans to meet this weekend when he comes to town but again he’s only allowed to be here for 3 hours Max. Again I’m not being illusional and see this as it completely is. Hot chemistry and will probably end up hooking up until he leaves for good in a few months. (If things keep going as they are now) I’m no way looking for anything serious since my relationship was 5 yrs long and went no where. Guess this guy will maybe be a hot ass rebound. I have a huge crush on him! Other than that again I’m aware of what I’m doing.

Question is, Do same rules apply when things are casual? Should I follow Up with him this week? Let him lead? He gave me time to be ready just yesterday but I just Wanna be prepared and not seem clingy if I message Him. I honestly have forgotten how to have a casual fling since it’s been so long.
