hi everyone!!me and my bf dated for around 1 year, we had a good relationship, wonderful chemistry,we had few fights and then out of the blue he broke up with me saying that he loved me but he thought too much about i would react to anything he did.
I was devastated and tried to contact him three times and he always answered but kept things distant.
he views all my instagram stories(sometimes he answer)and likes all my photos, but then when i last contacted him(almost a month ago) about some uni things and asked him to grab a coffee he said he was busy and that he’ll let me know, which he didn’t but he views still my stories.

Apply the NO CONTACT RULE.. Look it up, read up on it and watch YouTube Videos. It explains how and why it works. And do not allow him to view your social media accounts.

I’m already in no contact, it almost 3 weeks…
but at the end of the no contact period should i reach out?
