Everything about the toxic relationship was true for me except im a guy and the abuser in this case who also refuses to change is my wife. Any thoughts on this? Im dealing with gaslighting and more right now and am very depressed and feel trapped.
Are you saying she verbally berates you? And beats you down? Do you have kids? What is her complaint?
