I don’t know about you, but changing temperatures always leave me with dry, flakey uneven skin. I was recently in Morocco and they have something there that you would never ever find here: spas that offer massages and full body scrubs for $25! After my scrub, my skin looked more radiant than ever before and while I have pretty smooth skin naturally, it had never been so deliciously soft.
After about a week, my baby’s bottom skin was no longer which lead me to rediscover the importance of exfoliating. Body scrubs and exfoliators can stimulate circulation, slough off dead skin, and invigorate the skin, to keep skin healthy and revitalized no matter how bad the weather.
I have so many exfoiators that used to remain untouched, save for a special occasions where I need super smooth legs, but now that is no longer the case and I have committed myself to full body exfoliation at least 1-2 times a week. Our skin is our largest organ so it definitely deserves the most attention.
Read on for my exfoliating must-haves.

Aromatherapy Sensuality Sugar Scrub in Jasmine Vanilla, $16. I am addicted to the calming Vanilla scent of this scrub which can put even the most frenzied mind at ease. The scrub itself is also incredible and combines exfoliating Sugar and a moisturizing blend of sunflower, safflower, sweet almond and jojoba oils for smooth, nourished skin.

Cosmedix Pure Enzymes Exfoliating Mask, $50. Since I have super sensitive skin, I avoid using harsh scrubs on my face. This mask utilizes the natural power of cranberry enzymes and lactic acid to tenderly scrub away facial impurities and unclog pores without leaving your skin dried out, red, and irritated which can happen with scrubs.
SkinCeuticals AOX Body Treatment, $85. I know it’s expensive, but trust me, it is worth it. This innovative body treatment is the ultimate three in one – exofoliator, moisturizer, antioxidant- and is specifically formulated to moisturize dehydrated areas, protect against damaging radicals, slough away dead skin, and invigorate dull, fatigued skin. It also visibly improves elasticity and firmness.
Lush Sugar Scrub, $4.95. You’ll only get a few uses out of this snow-cone looking scrub before it’s gone but it’s well worth it! It is infused with fennel, ginger, and lavender to revitalize the skin while calming your senses. My skin literally glows after I use this!
