Me and my boyfriend who dated for 3 years broke up about a month ago. We have kept contact since then, and have slept with each other twice since the breakup. I still really want to get back with him so I’m wondering if the no contact rule should be applied. The only problem is that we have 2 classes together and have sat with each other in those classes and have a group project that we have to do together. How can the no contact rule be applied here?

No contact is NOT to get an ex back. NOT NOT NOT. It’s to get space to look at why the relationship didn’t work, your part in it, learn, heal, and move on.

    That’s it.

If you sleep with an ex, you just downgrade yourself to FWB or FB. Why would you do that to yourself.

You have to move on and accept it’s over. Stop allowing him inside your body if he doesn’t want to be in your life for all that entails (the good, bad, and everything in between). You’re just giving it away, and losing all of his respect, and your own
