Invest in the Pink: Riedel Breast Cancer Stemware

You have all heard of investment fashion, but investment pieces work for home style as well. Now, I know you’re probably still a transient young adult (I’m still moving apartments too!) so lifetime furniture is a no-go (who wants to haul around a Pottery Barn sofa?). But one area where this wine-loving, party-thrower has found ideal investment pieces is stemware. Riedel, in fact.

When looking for top of the line yet still affordable, almost every sommelier (that’s a wine expert, folks) will tell you: Riedel. With 250 years of glass-making excellence, Riedel wine glasses are unequivocally the best wine glasses ever made. You’ll find them at Michelin-starred restaurants, lauded wine bars, and pretty much, every home glass collection of anyone even remotely serious about wine.

But the month of October provides an even better reason to purchase Riedel. Given it is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Riedel has once again partnered with breast cancer activists to release special edition glasses. This time, it’s the trendy and modern stemless “O” glasses with a pink ombré effect. I mean, you can’t get much more feminine, classy or contemporary than this! It’s just the thing A New Mode lady needs in her kitchen cabinet!

Buy It: Riedel Crescendo Pink Wine Glasses, $70. Reidel will donate 15% of the proceeds from every set sold to breast cancer charities.
