WHAT: Halo Salon & ColorLab is bringing their expertise to New York City’s Phyto Universe with a ‘Pop Up’ Salon. Expert colorist, Jenna Rabideau, and her team of stylists will be on hand to provide a range of cuts, styles, and hair color processes. Specials include $20 blowouts and a FREE cut with color service.
